Riviera is a Dutch early ripening potato variety. The potatoes are characterized by yellow skin and light yellow color of the flesh, the shape of the potatoes is oval. Riviera potatoes do not bloom. Harvest can already be harvested 55-60 days after planting.

Culinary type D includes varieties whose tubers are completely boiled and are characterized by significant flouriness. They are not watery and have a loose texture after cooking. This culinary type includes the varieties Panyanka, Shevedr, Zoryanaya.
